Totally paid attention in mandatory education, guys.] Team Rocket sounds like an organization from a bad sci-fi movie, though, so maybe they'll do that. All stolen Pokémon that were brought up to me were evolved by items and not levels or 'friendship', so they're probably trying to force item evolution on something.
