Well, it could've known Smokescreen- so while 'a really special Murkrow' could make sense for why the scream sounded off, it's basically impossible. It could also be a deranged pedophile, preying on defenseless little girls like me- or one of those cheap, gimmicky 'urban legend' beasts that only leave traces of its existence wherever it goes.
Knowing this place, those fake 'urban legend' monsters could be true. But... uuugh, why do I have to think of this now?! I'm cold, and sick!
